All correspondence and documents provided will be treated as confidential. Remmsi.com will treat all data collected through its products and services as confidential and will not disclose this information to any third party without consent.
You will comply with relevant laws and regulations, including the Privacy Act and the Unsolicited Electronic Messages Act. Remmsi.com will also comply with these laws in providing products and services.
You will retain ownership of any data uploaded or stored through Remmsi.com’s products and services. Remmsi.com reserves no right to use such data except to provide the services.
You use Remmsi.com’s services at your risk. Remmsi.com is not responsible for files and data residing on your account. You agree to maintain appropriate backups.
All invoices shall be paid in advance. Costs incurred in enforcing payment obligations, including solicitor’s fees, shall be paid by the client.
Remmsi.com may cancel your account for material breaches. You may terminate your account at any time. Outstanding invoices must be paid within 30 days of termination.
Refunds are provided for email services platform purchases within 15 days if services do not meet expectations.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Remmsi.com harmless from demands, liabilities, and claims arising from your use of products or services.
Remmsi.com is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss. No warranties are provided except as outlined in this agreement.
Remmsi.com reserves the right to revise policies. Customers will be notified of changes affecting them.
